Here’s how it works. List your home with me and save, money lots of money and in a market were home values have went down over the last year this will help. If you list your home with me and me or one of my agents sell it the commissions will be just 1.5% of the sell price. Most all realtor work on what is called a cobrokage system, we sell their listing they sell ours. So if another agency sells your home I would need to pay them a commission. The most typical amount is 3%. So you total commissions would be 4.5%. Now how can we do this simple, (the fine print if you will) you must agree to purchase your next home from a Wisconsin Property Partners agent. This would most likely the one that you listed your home with. If you are relocating or are not buying a new home the commissions would then be just 5%, still much less than the standard 6%.
